2. Eligibility
By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and are not purchasing goods for resale without our prior written consent.
3. Orders & contract formation
All orders placed through our website are an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
You will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.
4. Pricing & payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is taken.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We accept major credit and debit cards. By completing your purchase, you confirm that the payment method used is yours and that you are authorised to use it. We do not store your card details.
We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders.
5. Shipping & delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only — we are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate.
6. Returns & refunds
Summary: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- In its original, unused condition — unworn, unaltered, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email).
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been used, worn, or show signs of use.
- Personalised or custom-made items produced to your specification.
How to request a return
To initiate a return, please contact us via email within the 14-day window, stating your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colours and materials. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colours exactly as they appear in person. Minor variations in appearance do not constitute a defect and do not entitle you to a refund.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JORORISE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer based in the EU, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
